I am not a natural figure for an athlete and this will be a real challenge for me. I will be keeping you informed on how I am getting on as the weeks gradually count down.

York Mind is an organisation that has a cause close to my heart after suffering with mental health issues when younger. The work York Mind do is superb and a valuable asset to the community.
