We are 6 friends (James, Paula, River, Sophie, Marie and Oliver) taking part in the National Three Peaks Challenge. We all know how tough this challenge will be, but where our challenge will last just 1 day some people will have to face worse challenges for a lifetime. So for however how hard this will be for us it will be all worthwhile knowing that we can help such an amazing charity along the way.

The challenge is to climb Ben Nevis - 4413 ft (highest mountain in Scotland) Scafell Pike - 3209 ft (highest mountain in England) and Snowdon - 3460 ft (highest mountain in Wales) in 24 hours but our aim is to complete all 3 so anything under 30 will be fantastic. 

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (11,082ft). The total driving distance is 462 miles.
