I'm completing a 30 days of sexual assault awareness challenge throughout the month of April 2021. I plan to row 162,936m in 30 days. This number is relative to the number of recorded sexual offences in England and Wales from March 2019-20. 

I understand this may be extremely triggering for a lot of people, so please turn off my posts, unfollow or "take a break" from me if needed on social media. My goal is to spread as much awareness, education and helpful resources as possible via instagram and facebook but not at the expense of anyones mental health.

This is something that means so much to me because of my own experiences, and I know I am not alone in this. I am absolutely here for anyone who wants to talk or share there own experiences. If you would like your stories anonymously posted please private message me.
