We fund research and raise awareness of MND to help anyone touched by MND.

Story

On Saturday 11th June, Tim Sedgewick and I will be doing the Gelt Gladiator 6k mud obstacle course to raise funds for the Doddie Weir Foundation.

This will challenge us as our fitness is not quite up to scratch and we'll be getting very cold and muddy!  However, all for a great cause in support the fantastic work of the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation in their battle against the incurable Motor Neurone Disease.

Motor neurone disease is an incurable condition that causes the progressive degeneration of the nerve cells that control muscles. Life expectancy varies but most people with motor neurone disease live just a few years beyond diagnosis.

Former British & Irish Lions and Newcastle Falcons rugby player has been a prominent figure following his diagnosis of MND in 2017.

Please donate to see us suffer in the mud round the Gelt Gladiator course, but more importantly raise money for Doddie's foundation!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
