As you all know I have been losing a bit of weight recently, some of my methods have been a bit questionable or you might have thought I have gone a bit mad. To help me lose the weight I set myself a target, to run a race, the race I ended up choosing is the Maidenhead Easter 10 (http://www.maidenheadac.co.uk/easter10.htm) , this year it’s the 57^th running of this well-known fast paced 10-mile road race, it is on 2^nd April and is aimed at raising money for a local charity the Thames Valley Adventure Playground (www.tvap.net) which is for children and adults with special needs, however profound, to enjoy the stimulation of all types of play in a safe environment.
