Running changed my life; it gave me something awesome to focus on during a bit of a crappy and difficult time. And running can do this - and so much more - for others too! The Running Charity is a homeless charity that aims to improve the lives of 16-25 year old homeless people via running. They use running to improve fitness and instil a goal-setting mentality. I read about this charity in a magazine and immediately fell inlove with the work they do, I've not seen a charity like them before. That is why I want to run the Paris Marathon, my first ever marathon (which is on my Birthday, ahem, just saying) to raise money and awareness for this AMAZING charity who are helping young people to build healthy, sustainable futures.
