We think its incredibly important to use our collective energy and passion for a good challenge to raise some money for a worthy cause.

Our chosen charity for the next 12 months is Macmillan Cancer Support; it was an easy nomination to make given that just about everyone at TMJ has been directly or indirectly by cancer at some point and we all recognise the truly amazing work that Macmillan do for its patients.

Throughout the next year we will be taking part in some fun yet gruelling challenges, starting with the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on the 10th July 2016.

Three of our craziest team members have invested in some decent cycling gear (better peddles make you go faster, no?!) so they need to get their moneys worth out of them! They have already committed to the Manchester to Blackpool and there's whispers of a European destination in 2017 to take part in a killer cycling event - more details to follow!

Other challenges on the horizon are Tough Mudder, our local 10km run and many more that we haven't even thought about yet!
