Story
This is my own personal take on the 2.6 Challenge in support of SpecialEffect. Like many people, I've been doing my best to keep fit since the lockdown came into effect, however I'm not always the most diligent about keeping to my exercise regime! I thought it would be good to challenge myself to carry out 2 x feats of physical skill and endurance for each of the next 6 days. It just so happens that May 2nd is my birthday, when I'll be... err... 26?! Not really, but it seemed fitting that I should aim to finish on a high that day. So let's see how I get on! Oh, and I should probably mention, I'll be undertaking each exercise/ workout wearing a duck suit, just to make things a little more difficult for myself!
*UPDATE: 29/4/20 Midway through the Clubbercise class this evening I realise that I'd gotten my maths wrong and there were actually 7 days inclusive between 26 April and 2 May (duh!). I've therefore decided to just do one challenge each day on Thursday and Friday and then go for a Grande Finale on Saturday. TD.
Here's what I plan to do:
Sunday 26 April
AM: Bat and Ball Challenge
PM: Blinding Lights Challenge
Monday 27 April
AM: Dumbells Challenge
PM: Aunt Ducky Challenge
Tuesday 28 April
AM: Press-ups Challenge
PM: Running Machine Challenge
Wednesday 29 April
AM: Squats Challenge
PM: Clubbercise Challenge (with my cousin Leila)
Thursday 30 April

Friday 1 May

Saturday 2 May
