We carry out practical research to improve quality of life after paralysis

Story

19th of May is National Spinal Cord Injury Awareness day in the UK.

In support of our cousin, and all those affected by spinal cord injury, Tommy and I have decided to spend 19 May in a wheelchair.

We have teamed up with Wheels at Work (and school) — a sponsored day in a wheelchair for Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research.

The charity Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research is based in the UK, and aims to improve the quality of life for people living with a spinal cord injury (paralysis). The charity was founded in Stoke Mandeville – the birthplace of the Paralympic Games.

Tommy and I are doing this together and we very much hope for your support, however modest!

Thank you !!! X
