I have created a list of 30 things to do before I am 30 and one of the items on the agenda was to run a half marathon!

It is something I have always wanted to do but it also in a bid to get fit and stop being a coach potato whilst raising vital funds for Malvern Special Families. 

I have chosen this specific charity as they supported my family while we were growing up. I have a disabled sister, Fiona, who has been through so much in her life. Growing up with a disabled sibling can be tough however Malvern Special Families made time for us as a family, got us all involved in activities and clubs and helped us to meet other families who were in the same situation. This charity is very close to my heart so please please please donate to help make a difference!
