So, here we are again!

As some of you know, I took part in an amazing eight week journey last year & have decided to do it all again.

Yes, last time I got a black eye in training & yes I was gifted with a busted nose in my fight. Was it worth it, of course it was!

A black eye, busted nose & all the hard work at the excellent sessions run by Tony Davis & the crew at Total Dojo was a small price to pay in trying to do what we can to beat this bastard disease cancer.

Cancer touches most of our lives in one way or another, so lets do what we can to help the amazing people at Cancer Research.
