I will be running from the Olympic Park in London to the NEC in Birmingham over 5 days (27 miles a day) in January. It will be very cold and very tough! 

A group of us are running together for this challenge and we are using the media coverage this generates to hopefully generate some money for good causes.

The other guys are all proper endurance athletes and in reality I'm a bit too fat and a bit too slow to keep up with them but I will finish no matter what!
