Story

On Saturday 19th May, we will be taking part in the Tough Mudder (5K) Challenge in Clifton Down, Bristol.

This is a gruelling, wet, muddy and painful 5 km run whilst at the same time tackling 10 obstacles along the way including: "Pyramid Scheme" - Form a human pyramid to get up and over the steep incline. "Everest" - A 15' slippery quarter pipe to drag yourself over "Hero Walls" - a pair of 9'6" walls "Mudder Wheelbarrow" - Grab your teammate by the ankles and navigate through the course "Big Squeeze" - You'll have to get low and squeeze yourself through the muddy tunnel hoping to get out the other side.

If you're interested in seeing the other obstacles we'll be tackling on the day you can here: https://toughmudder.co.uk/tough-mudder-5k-obstacles

We are doing this to raise money for SANDS our charity of the year. (https://www.sands.org.uk)

SANDS is the stillbirth and neonatal charity. They operate throughout the UK, supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby, working to improve the care bereaved parents receive, and promoting research to reduce the loss of babies' lives.

Our goal is to raise at least £800 for the charity, any donations are kindly received and we are grateful for your support.
