Robyn and I have been preparing for the Sporting Proud Triathlon on Saturday 1st September! We're raising critical funds to renovate the respite facilities at St Catherines. These respite facilities give parents like myself and my wife Julie the opportunity recharge our batteries by looking after Robyn for a couple of nights so we get a break. The triathlon takes place in the beautiful surrounds of Brittas Bay and our goal is to raise €77,550.00. St Catherine's is a special needs school in Newcastle, Co Wicklow, which my daughter Robyn attends and they do amazing work so please get involved or support!
