Eddie has been organising an annual golf tournament since 2006, after he was gifted a golf day when he left Hampshire Fire and Rescue after serving for 30 years.

In 2010, 2 firefighters were killed in a fire in Southampton. That year, Eddie decided to make his annual golf tournament a charity event in order to raise money for their memorial funds. Since 2010, the charity being supported has been changed each year, depending on events that have happened in one of the competitor's lives. TS Group's owner has been supporting the charity event since 2010, with our directors taking part in the tournament every year.

This year the golf tournament is raising money for Prostate Cancer UK as 2 of the regular competitors have been diagnosed with the disease in the past year, one being a terminal diagnosis.

47,000 men are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer every year, with 1 in 4 of those diagnosed dying each year.

Together, our donations could fund the vital research that is needed to cure cancer.
