As an embryologist a Thames Valley Fertility and having worked for The Fertility Partnership for the last 6 years Danielle has seen first hand the impact and devastation of infertility.

As professionals in the field we do our best to overcome any barriers to starting a family using medicine and science. While understanding that providing support and knowledge to address the emotional impact of infertility and accessibility to treatment is equally important.

Therefore Danielle is doing this crazy human rat race for the UK's leading patient-focused fertility charity, The Fertility Network UK. Their annual National Fertility Awareness Week (30th Oct - 5th Nov) aims to raise awareness and change perceptions of fertility issues.

The funds raised are used by The Fertility Network to help provide much needed free support to the 1 in 6 couples, and others, in the UK who struggle with infertility. This is a worthy cause in the eyes of Thames Valley Fertility and so much so that Danielle is willing to get very, very wet to support the cause.
