Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

At 8am, 25th June, we (Andy Kenny and Stephen Cranston) will be setting off on a hike over the Pennines covering 50 miles in one go. That is, we will be doing the walk in 24 hours, day and night, without getting any kip and shall only be stopping for refreshments.

The route begins and ends in Littleborough, Lancashire and takes us over the South Pennines moorland, passing through Holme Chapel, The Forest of Trawden, Oxenhope and Hebden Bridge while following several well-know footpaths including the Bronte Way and Pennine Way.

The charity we are raising money for is Baby Lifeline, a unique charity that supports the care of pregnant mothers and their unborn and new born babies - through specialist clinical training for health professionals, and the supply of maternity technology.
