On Thursday 6th May, Ty Hafan care team will be challenging themselves to walk a continuous relay around the hospice grounds for the duration of a 12.5 hour shift - that's the hours the nurses work everyday, and fundraise to cover the costs of as many of the nurses working that day as possible (the cost of care over a 12.5hr period is £6,538). This challenge is to coincide with Ty Hafan's Marathon in May event so the care team will aim to complete as many marathons as they can between 7am and 7:30pm during the day. 

(Please note: The challenge is an outdoor walk/relay which will adhere to all social distancing guidelines and meeting number rules. It has been arranged with careful consideration of current restrictions and will be undertaken in a covid-secure way).
