I'm raising money to help support the care and rehabilitation of a very special dog rescued just before Christmas.

She's a young, gentle, loving and beautiful black Labrador - full of life and a big softie at heart.

I'd hoped she would be my new K9 companion but very sadly it wasn't to be. It turned out she had a fear-based aggression that I simply couldn't control. I was gutted.

The Labrador Retriever Rescue Scotland team have been amazing. They've taken her in, and started to give her the special care and behavioural therapy she needs.

They think it will take at least 6 months to make her well again.

So, I'm trying to help raise money to pay for the basic costs during that time - just enough to keep her safe, fed, walked and cared for until her therapy is complete and she can go to a new home.
