I feel so privileged to have been chosen to run the London Marathon 2019 on behalf of Cynthia Spencer Hospice. The care and support that CSH provide to patients and their families at such a difficult time is truly amazing and if you could spare a couple of pounds so that I can raise as much money for them as possible I would really appreciate it.
