If anyone has ever seen me try to climb a ladder you'll know that I am not a fan of heights without a solid structure around me! (understatement)

Therefore I'm hoping that by doing this abseil and being utterly, and comedically, terrified will be enough justification to ask you to support this cause.

Marie Curie is KPMG's charity partner and we all believe that everyone, regardless of their background, should have the same level of care, support, and guidance whatever terminal illness they are facing. My £200 fundraising target will pay for 10 hours of vital nursing care, which could be spent helping someone manage their pain, giving emotional support and offering families chance to rest and be in the moment with their loved ones.
