As you may know I have had hyper/hypothyroidism and Grave’s disease since about the age of 18. It has had a long term impact on my life and health and means I will have to be on thyroxine forever. As part of my problem, I have also had an eye operation at Moorfields Hospital which I am also going to give money too. It has made life difficult at times and there only seems to be certain ways of dealing with everything at the moment medication wise. I am hoping that maybe one day someone will manage to ‘cure’  the condition much easier than the dragged out, lifelong methods used now. I would also like to raise awareness about thyroid problems as it is another ‘hidden disease’. Any donations will be gratefully received!
