Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page in support of Meningitis research.

We're doing The One-Day Sing-Thing because we can't think of a better way to raise money for meningitis research than by singing our hearts out all over the country! We want people who have never sung before to come along to their nearest event and have a go. SO many people tell us "I wish I could sing" or "I've always wanted to sing but I've never had the chance" or "I've always been too afraid to take lessons or join a choir." Of course, people who already love to sing are also very welcome indeed! 

The One-Day Sing-Thing is a great opportunity to get together with like-minded people, learn some new tunes and maybe some technique too, and see how much can be accomplished in just one short day. We promise you there's nothing quite like the thrill of singing with a group, and as there's no commitment to carry on (unless you want to of course!) you can spend the day having a good old sing knowing that you're not only having fun, but raising money for a great cause! 

Did you know that singing is really good for you? Our friend at L'Amore Entertainment, Jon Moses, has watched a close family member struggle with meningitis, and has used the great power of song to keep going on the bad days - it's a genuine tonic!
