To raise awareness for world mental health day 2019. The physical therapies team will take part in riding a spin bike for 8.5 hours to complete a distance of 230km. This is the distance of our unit in Plymouth to our unit in Bristol. 

We are aiming to raise money to reward our hard working patients with a recreational day to celebrate reaching physical health goals.
