Story

To diminish puffy eyes, use slices of raw potato. Cut the potato into half circles and place over your closed eyes. If you prefer, you can grate the potato and place in some Muslin cloth,

then squeeze excess liquid out and place on closed eyes. Leave either on for 15-20 minutes for best effect.

Always wear proper eye protection. Every year, thousands of people end up blinded due to improper protection gear at work. Whenever you are working with chemicals or machinery that can cause small debris to fly, protect your eyes. A simple set of protective glasses can mean the difference between seeing and being blind.

To help your eyes when using a computer, use a blinking technique. When you have been using the computer for a half hour or so, look away at something distant. While doing this, blink several times. This change in focus will allow your eyes to relieve strain and focus better on your computer screen.

If you have never experienced a condition with your eyes, then consider yourself blessed. All types of different things can happen, and working towards prevention is key so that you do not suffer from poor eye health. Instead, you are going to ensure that you keep your eyes in the best condition.
