Rach and I will be attempting to walk from London to Canterbury via the Pilgrims Way leaving Southwark Cathedral on Saturday 17th August and hopefully arriving at Canterbury Cathedral on Tuesday 20th August covering a distance of 100 miles over 4 days. 

We will be carrying everything needed for this pilgrimage and challenge in our rucksacks with no idea of where we shall find shelter or accommodation each evening along the way.

We are hoping with your help to raise some vital funds for The Pilgrims Hospices while walking 'The Way'. A wonderful charity providing palliative care free of charge to people in east Kent. For people with a range of life-limiting illnesses, specialist services are provided from their three sites in Canterbury, Ashford and Thanet, in patients' homes and via community programmes.
