Since being diagnosed with Parkinson's 2 years ago, Parkinson's UK have supported me in providing assistance and classes that have enabled me to have a normal life. I'm walking because many suffering from the condition, are unable and are less fortunate than myself having limited mobility. I estimate that it will take me over three and a quarter hours, to complete the full 10km. This is going to be a challenge for me as I have not yet managed to do this before. The Parkinson's Society help in providing assistance in various ways.
