8 years ago, I experienced clinical depression.  It was a very isolating and scary experience.  I was lucky to have the support of family and friends and access to the services I needed to help me cope, eventually recover and go on to help others look after their mental health with Wanderful.  I could never have done this on my own and without access the help I needed at the time.

West Kent Mind works to ensure that no one faces a mental health problem alone. 

During this time of social distancing and isolation, it's harder than ever for them to support those who need them.  With face-to-face support groups & counselling suspended, they are working hard to adapt their services to ensure they are still here the for our community. With your help, they can continue to support clients through services like our Solace cafe, now operated online and by telephone.
