A team of employees at Warner Goodman are doing a 16 mile walk on Sunday, 14 October, to raise funds and awareness for Solent Mind, a local charity who offer services to help people with their mental health.

Mind is a national charity which has over 150 local branches of Mind, Solent Mind being the area that is local to us.

We are joining the Walk the Test Way and our route will start at Romsey and end in Wherwell.

Everybody has mental health, just as we all have physical health. The services that Solent Mind offer not only support those struggling with grief, mental health illnesses, and stresses via an online self referral system for counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; but it also encourages people to have a healthy work-life balance - a key ethos which remains core to the values of Warner Goodman.
