This August in Vichy France I will aim to complete a full IronMan, (4km swim, 180km cycle, 42.2km run) for Rethink Mental Illness.

During these unprecedented times of lockdown and working from home, some of you might have seen friends family or even heard of someone suffering from a form of mental health issue. In fact 1 in 4 individual has a form of minor mental illness and it is too often regarded as something to keep to yourself. 

It is OK not to be OK. In the UK, suicide alone is the leading cause of death for men under 45 years old and Rethink aims to raise awareness and provide support to any individual around mental health issues.
