Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I recovered from a serious mental health episode through the help and assistance of Buckinghamshire Mind, accessing their services, facilities, funding, meeting the staff and fellow Service Users who played a huge part in my wellbeing and confidence and alongside the care and nurture of Bucks & Oxford Mental Health Teams all of these services with their ongoing support and throughout my recovery journey from starting Wellbeing Groups, Women's Groups, Art Groups, Social groups, then emerging and becoming part of the Service User Council, becoming the voice of High Wycombe Mind for others to approach and speak up. I have flourished and am about to partake in assisting run a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Group at White Leaf Centre in Aylesbury. All this support has done so much for my confidence, my sense of purpose, my self-image, how I perceive myself so in turn I am now feeling BRAVER, more CONFIDENT than ever and wished to do something to give something more than just my time back - a fund raiser and head shave - please give generously as the shavers only being switched on should we gain £1000 or more.
