Story
On the 25th August 2018 we will be doing a 15,000ft skydive!!
We are doing this for Amy’s son Wilson to have life changing surgery that isn’t available on the nhs. Wilson is 2 years old and is the happiest, most determined little boy ever but he has cerebral palsy which stops him from doing most things you would expect a toddler to be able to do. He still can’t sit unsupported, crawl or walk. The cerebral palsy has caused spasticity in his body which causes tightness in his limbs meaning they are tight and painful. He works hard with his physio daily but this tightness is stopping him progressing much further. The surgery takes away the spasticity in his body, so no more pain and no more tightness! This will give him the opportunity to be able to sit up, walk and even run along with his big sister and his friends in the future! The total amount needed is £100,000. This is for the surgery and the intense 3 year physio and aftercare.
If we manage to raise £1,000 then the cost of the skydive will be covered by the charity just4children and all the funds raised will go to Wilson. Please help us by donating any amount you can, and wish us luck!!
