Hello and welcome to Cats Protection Wrexham Adoption Centre’s Christmas Hampurr Raffle JustGiving Page.

Over the year the centre has seen many cats and kittens pass through the adoption centres doors, some requiring a little more TLC than others. A cat helped by the centre recently is Snowy – who came into the adoption centre towards the end of September 2021. Snowy is deaf, has 1 eye and is recovering from a skin condition, he is also on a special hypoallergenic diet due to his skin condition.

To be in with the chance of winning the purrfect Christmas Hampurr follow the instructions below and buy a ticket to our Christmas raffle, all while helping cats like Snowy in the process!

Raffle tickets cost £1 each, to enter online there is a minimum payment of £2, so you will receive two entries to the raffle draw.
If you would like to purchase one ticket, please contact the adoption centre by calling 03000 120269 or come and see us at Bradley Road, Wrexham, LL13 7TG, Monday – Sunday between 11am and 3pm. JustGiving ticket sales close on Friday 17th December at 3pm.
Tickets will be available from the adoption centre until the draw on Saturday 18th December 2021. The draw will take place on Facebook via a Live event on Saturday 18th December at time TBC.

Important:
1- Please ensure that you supply an email address otherwise we cannot get in touch with you if you win.
2- Please tick the box next to ‘I'm happy to share my contact details with Cats Protection’. This will ensure we are able to get in touch with any winners. Simply make a donation of £2 for two tickets or £10 for 10 tickets and JustGiving will direct the funds to the charity. We will then enter your name and ticket numbers into our raffle draw automatically; if you require a digital ticket, please let us know. You will receive an email if you are a winner. Tickets cost £1 each. Every £2 donation = two entries. You can also purchase 10 tickets for £10. Every £10 donation = 10 entries.

JustGiving has a minimum donation of £2. We cannot change this.
Terms and conditions:
1. The draw will take place at Cats Protection Wrexham, Bradley Road, Wrexham, LL13 7TG on Saturday 18th December. All funds raised will go to Cats Protection. Registered Charity 203644 (England & Wales) SC037711 (Scotland).
2. Promoter: Dominic Sullivan, Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Chelwood Gate, Haywards Heath, RH17 7TT.
3. The raffle is registered under The Gambling Act 2005 with Wealden District Council, Shared Environmental Health Service, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX.
4. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
5. The cost of each ticket is £1. For online sales a minimum sale of £2 (two entries) is required. If you would like to purchase one ticket please get in touch with the adoption centre (details above).
6. Gift Aid cannot be claimed on the sale of raffle tickets and is in breach of HMRC regulations. Any ticket purchases with Gift Aid added will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Entrants must be 18 or over, if a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
9. Tickets are not to be sold on the street or door-to-door.
10. Any money received after the arbitrary/closing date of Saturday 18th December, including late entries will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable or eligible for the draw.
11. Winners will be notified via email within three weeks of the draw. A list of winners will also be published on https://www.facebook.com/cpwrexham.
12. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. For any tickets purchased online, you must ensure you follow the instructions and tick the box to say we can view your email address. Any payments received where this box isn't ticked will be treated as general donations because we have no way of contacting you. No responsibility is taken if raffle numbers are sent using an email and not received.
14. Participants purchasing tickets using JustGiving, subject to terms and conditions, will receive emailed ticket numbers within 48 hours if requested.
15. The deadline for entries on the JustGiving site is Friday 17th December at 3pm. This is 24 hours prior to the closing date/time to allow time for the entry to be processed.
16.Cats Protection reserves the right to use the winner's name for promotional purposes.
17.Donations made not in equal pounds will be rounded down to the nearest £1 when calculating the number of raffle ticket entries. Eg if you donate £2.80 you will only receive two entries into the draw with the remainder being treated as a donation.
18.Cats Protection respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle unless you give permission otherwise.
