I've been trying to come up with ways of being useful during this unpresented Covid-19 period we are all faced with. Charities and Voluntary Organisations are really taking a hit and I feel it is important we all do our bit to help.

So, to try and do my bit and being limited to staying indoors during lock down, I have decided to do a sponsored 24-hour indoor bike ride! I'll be doing this on the virtual training platform Zwift and I'll provide a link nearer the time. If you would like to join me and help keep my morale up during the 24 hours, I’d really appreciate it!

Ashgate Hospice must raise over 70% of its funding through donations to provide the range of care packages needed for loved ones in times of need. During this Covid-19 period, the specialist end of life care team is in demand more than ever, and is important we can raise extra funds to allow for as much support during this difficult time.
