I will be taking a leap of faith to help those living with Dementia! The jump is booked for the 14th July 2018

Kingston Hospital's Dementia Care Programme aims to transform the hospital's elderly care wards into dementia friendly areas. The hospital is paying for the basic refibishment of the ward but the Kingston Hospital Charity has to raise the funds for the fresh wards to be totally dementia friendly!! 

Please help me to help them become a dementia friendly place in a time when the number of people living with dementia is on the rise.
