Story

Zokit business development group in South Wales is raising £1500 to Sponsor a Child's Talking  Book to give the gift of reading to blind and partially sighted children.

Some of our members have teamed up to fundraise including:

Mynt Apps, Cariad PR, Direct Eyecare, King of Coffee, Indaba Corporate Events, Benefit FullCircle and H&E Electrical.

Can you imagine your life without sight? How would you cope, how would you live your life?

Can you imagine no longer being able to read your favourite book, your weekly magazine or your daily newspaper? Think of the sense of isolation and loneliness that losing your eyesight would bring to your life.

Everyday in Wales 5 people are told they are losing their sight and 110,000 people in Wales are affected by sight loss.

For over 80 years RNIB's Talking Book service has helped create a lifeline to the outside world for blind and partially sighted people.

Help end isolation for blind and partially sighted people with the freedom to read again. Give a lifeline to someone locally with sight loss.
