My personal goal is to lose 3 stone in weight before partaking in the cycle from London to Plymouth because as you may know, I'm a bit porky. I will be cycling a minimum of 100 miles along the route but if I can find energy along the way, i'll aim for even more. The fundraiser is a personal challenge along with raising as much money as possible for a worthy cause.
