Story

Despite the current Coronavirus situation, which is putting the NHS under strain, we still believe that Hospital and Clinic visits are not always the most appropriate setting to discuss very personal information about a child's health and can reduce the quality of the responses from young patients.

There are around 120 children across Gloucestershire suffering with some form of Arthritis. GAT is campaigning to raise funds to pay for an extra day a week that will enable a Paediatric Rheumatology Nurse to make home visits for two years.

GAT's funding enabled Fiona Brown to start working that extra day a week for 15 months. The sale of Caroline's hand-made Christmas Mice has raised an extra £784 and now Emma Edmondson has taken over. But we would love you to help us raise the rest of the money needed.
