Hi everyone!!

Some of you may know that Mum passed away in April 2016 as the result of a short illness from bowel cancer.  As a family, we learned
first-hand about how horrible cancer is, and what it can do to our
loved-ones!

In light of my brother's recent fundraising whisky night for Marie Curie back home in Northern Ireland, I'm taking some inspiration to do my own fundraising here in Australia!  I'm a believer of the term "No pain, no gain", so I'm agreeing to waxing my chest if I reach the $2000 target!!

In true motherly spirit, I'm pretty certain Mum wouldn't be approving of the whole chest waxing melarky!  Given that the funds are going to a charity that is trying to find a cure for such a horrid disease, then I think she may approve on this occasion! 

Since Marie Curie charity doesn't exist in Australia, I'm raising money for the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF). 

So, on what would be Mum's 67th birthday (2nd December), my chest is getting stripped!
