Premier saxophonist Snake Davis and his innovative line-up SnakeStrings will play a charity fundraiser concert, all proceeds to the Glossop Mountain Rescue Team. Mountain Rescue relies entirely on donations.

Admission is by ticket only due to strict limits on seating capacity

Snake Davis is widely known for his solos on tracks such as Lisa Stansfield's 'Change', M-People's 'Search For A Hero' and Take That's 'A Million Love Songs', he has played and recorded with artists ranging from Ray Charles to Paul McCartney, The Eurythmics to Amy Winehouse. A perfectionist, described by The Telegraph as a virtuoso, his music is powerful, moving, and always a delight to the senses. The Strings are also versatile, playing with leading orchestras such as the Halle and also the Pet Shop Boys.
SnakeStrings perform a mix of soul, classical, jazz, funk and world music. A great show for all the family, crossing genres and introducing a wide spectrum of music to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
