We visited a homeless charity as part of our skills building week on the national citizens service programme. After hearing the touching story of someone who had been homeless we decided we wanted to make a change and help people in our community. As a group we found out how easy it is to become homeless and the gruelling challenges people will face. A small amount of money will make a huge difference as it goes towards outreach workers helping those who need a guiding hand.
