In June 2013 I lost my younger sister, Tammy, 35, to CF, an incurable disease!
A year later I organised the Sunflower Ball, which raised £16,606 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
The Sunflower was Tammy's favourite, so I want you to join me, in growing Sunflowers during 2015 and donating to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
