Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more I raise, the bigger the difference it will make.

My Grandpa sadly passed away due to  alzheimers 9 years ago and my Nan was diagnosed last year, this has put more sadness in our lives than you would think possible. Waching a loved one waste away into a shell of the person that they once were is a pain no one should have to go through. The  Alzheimers Society desprately needs  your donations today in order to find that all important cure to help stop this heartbreaking degenerative disease.
