After the success of the fundraising efforts earlier in the season, the Heathervale FC team will be running the Surrey half marathon on 8th March 2015. They will be raising money for Eikon, a local Surrey based charity who provide long term support to some of the country’s most valuable young people.
 

Heathervale FC and Eikon have had a longstanding relationship, many of the Heathervale FC players both past and present have come through the local school system and have experienced first hand the work and support of the charity. Eikon have in the past provided funding directly to the club to fund new playing kit. After raising £1,000 for Eikon earlier in the season, the club are hoping to reach for an even bigger target to help support their fantastic work and also to show the commitment the football club has to ensuring we make a positive contribution to our community and continue to build on the relationship that has developed between Heathervale FC and Eikon.
