Helen started running in early 2017. I decided to sign up to my first 5k run and raise some money for an amazing LOCAL charity Abbie's Love, which help lots of family's on Teesside.  

Abbie's Love raises money to help local children and families with epilepsy. They raise money for research, potentially life saving equipment and just recently pledged £50,000 to upgrade the children's day unit at James cook hospital. Abbie's Love has raised somewhere in the region of £360,000 with more than £135,000 of this being donated to South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to help fund vital research, Neurosciences facilities, staff training and specialist equipment for children to use at home.

I aim to raise atleast £250 pounds. I would love to smash this and donate as much as possible to such a  worthy cause.
