On the 3rd October 2021 I will be attempting to complete the London Marathon in support of Rainforest Foundation UK.

Rainforest Foundation UK works to improve the land rights of forest and indigenous communities, challenge logging companies, empower communities to defend their lands and works towards the sustainable use of forest resources. 

In the current crisis of climate change, the work Rainforest Foundation UK does is critical to our future. My good friend Robyn (who will also be my running buddy!), works for RFUK and her stories of the projects herself and colleagues implement always continue to inspire me. Running a Marathon (and in particular - London) has always been a personal goal for me and I’m thrilled to be running it for such an amazing charity. Any donations would be greatly appreciated! I expect the next 7 months to be a test of fitness and stamina - wish me luck! And if anyone fancies joining a run, I’ll be out most weekends!
