Harper is a 3 year old French Bulldog girl who arrived recently with us at Joey's Legacy Boxer Rescue.

It was obvious from the moment she arrived that Harper has a problem with her back legs. She was limping and holding up her left leg but the right one was also bad too. Sadly the vet has confirmed she has Luxating Patella in both her back legs meaning her kneecap dislocates constantly, the left being the worst at a grade 3-4 which is the worst it can be, the right is slightly better but not much.

Harper has had xrays which have been sent off to the specialist. This will tell us whether or not both legs need operating on. From experience this op is not cheap at all, costing approx 2 thousand pounds per leg! But we will do all we can to make sure she lives a pain free life!
