JustGiving's annual awards recognise outstanding contributions to fundraising by individuals and groups who have used JustGiving. ("Awards").
The JustGiving Awards are all about recognising amazing stories and inspiring others to fundraise. The winner of each category will receive an engraved trophy.
For all Awards except Charity of the Year, you can nominate someone if they have/had an active JustGiving page between 01/01/2022 and 02/05/2023. It does not cost anything to nominate, and
you can nominate as many people (including yourself) as you wish, or as many charities (including your own registered charity organisation) as you wish. But please only nominate someone who you know will be happy to be nominated and will not object
to you providing their information to us.
For Charity of the Year, any charity that is registered on JustGiving can be nominated.
All nominations for all Awards except Charity of the Year, must be received by midnight on Monday 29th May 2023 and must include your name and email address. You also need to tell us the nominee's name and the URL of their JustGiving page so that we can identify them, and to explain (in up to 4000 characters) why they should win the Award for which you're nominating them. Nominations that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limit cannot be accepted.
All Charity of the Year nominations must be received by midnight on 9th June 2023. Charities should include their campaign, event, or appeal's name and URL, plus examples of innovation, impact, supporter care, and creativity where possible.

All nominations received will be screened by a team of our staff as well as a Judging Panel, appointed by JustGiving. The shortlisting process is at our complete discretion. In general, we will be looking for outstanding examples of fundraising that have clear objectives, creative and effective implementation and tangible, demonstrable results. We will also consider the structure, presentation, and clarity of each nomination, and we will shortlist three nominations in each category to be put forward to the public vote, with the exception of our Special Recognition Award, which will only have one. We reserve the right to change the number of shortlisted nominations and to alter the title and/or number of categories at any time in our sole discretion.
For all Awards except Charity of the Year, all shortlisted nominations will be opened up to a public vote on JustGiving. You will have the opportunity to make one vote in each category. Voting closes at midnight on 25th August 2023.
The winner of each Award will be the person, team, charity or event organiser with the highest number of valid votes by the relevant closing date. Votes that are not submitted through the official voting form will not be counted.
