I am running the Conwy Half Marathon in honour of all our veterans who have lost their sight.  I work for Blind Veterans UK and everyday I witness how our services help people live their lives again following sight loss.

I am a novice runner and this is my first Half Marathon and when the going gets tough I’m going to be thinking of our members who struggle everyday to overcome their difficulties and who have fought in the past for my freedom.  Any amount at all you can contribute to sponsor me would be hugely appreciated.
