This year on November 22^nd I will be taking part in the 10km Miles for Smiles Run in Dubai in aid of The Smile Train, the World’ leading cleft charity.  Their mission is to provide free cleft surgery for millions of poor children in developing countries.

The surgery takes only 45 minutes at a mere £150; and with your help we can change the lives of hundreds of children forever.  100% of the money raised will go directly to The Smile Train, so please give generously!
